    Commercial Sales Support Intern

    Stage omschrijving 

    De medewerkers van CHANEL kenmerken zich door hun gepassioneerde instelling en hun inzet voor klant en collega´s. CHANEL biedt een interessante meewerkstage aan in een professionele omgeving. In deze Commercial Sales stage biedt je ondersteuning aan het commerciële Fragrance & Beauty team. Je assisteert de Field Manager en Commercial Coördinator met hun dagelijkse activiteiten en planningen. Daarnaast biedt je uitstekende interne service aan de buitenteams, wat resulteert in verbinding en betrokkenheid van onze teams.

    Wat ga je doen?

    Als stagiair Commercial Support lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de afdeling Commercial Sales en interne communicatie. Je krijgt direct veel verantwoordelijkheden, zal zelfstandig gaan werken en je zal veel afwisselende werkzaamheden krijgen zoals:

    • In samenwerking met de Commercial Coördinator zorgen voor de opvolging van planning van freelancers
    • Organiseren en deelnemen aan screenings van nieuwe freelancers en opvolgen met Field Manager
    • Opvolgen van maandelijkse sales gegevens die relevant zijn voor de buitenteams
    • Voorbereiden van presentaties voor retailers
    • Opvolgen en updaten promoties overzicht van retailers en concurrentie
    • Verzamelen van alle gegevens van de buitenteams en interne afdelingen om een regelmatige opvolging van de commerciële voorwaarden te verzekeren
    • Assisteren bij commerciële vergaderingen; voorbereiden van commerciële rapporten en presentaties, notulen en actiepunten opvolging
    • Uitvoeren van distributie van uniformen, nieuwe collecties en andere goederen

    Wat wij van jouw vragen:

    • Je bent derde- of vierdejaars student en zoekt een meewerkstage voor 5 of 6 maanden vanaf augustus of september 2025
    • Je bent 24-32 uur per week beschikbaar
    • Je bent woonachtig in of nabij Amsterdam
    • Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift, perfect en bent communicatief vaardig
    • Kennis en ervaring met Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, schrijven van berichten
    • Kenmerken: planner, proactief, teamplayer, veerkrachtig, accuraat, leergierig, zelfstandig, lef, ondernemend, goed in de omgang, gevoparel voor prioriteiten, hands-on, representatief en flexibel
