- Upgrades en aanpassingen van software bij complexe installaties uitvoeren op het niveau van expert.
- Zelfstandig uitvoeren van je werkzaamheden conform de wettelijk geldende voorschriften en regelgeving.
- Adviseren van klanten over het gebruik en benodigde aanpassingen aan het systeem en indien gewenst geef je trainingen aan klanten.
- Adviseren van de salesafdeling bij het uitwerken van complexe systemen.
- Het signaleren en adviseren van de klant met betrekking tot tijdige vervanging van verouderde of disfunctionerende onderdelen.
- Je signaleert en benut commerciële kansen en handelt prijsvoorstellen naar de klant zelfstandig af.
- Het voeren een correcte en tijdige administratie via de werkbon, onderhoudsrapportage en weeklijst.
- Technische ondersteuning bieden aan service technici bij onderhoud en het oplossen van storingen van complexe systemen.
- In overleg met je leidinggevende geef je technische trainingen aan onze service technici.
- Ondersteunt in voorkomende gevallen de afdeling Installatie. Dit ben jij
- Je hebt minimaal een mbo 4 opleiding richting Elektrotechniek, Elektronica en ICT in combinatie met ruime ervaring in een service- of installatiefunctie.
- Het is een pre als je vakinhoudelijke trainingen en cursussen hebt gedaan zoals Comptia netwerk training, MCSA en/of Cisco.
- Je hebt uitgebreide kennis van één van de volgende vijf systemen: inbraaksystemen, camera-observatiesystemen, toegangscontrolesystemen, geïntegreerde systemen en netwerk configuraties.
- Je bent dienstverlenend en werkt punctueel en accuraat.
- Je hebt goede contactuele eigenschappen en schakelt makkelijk met collega's en klanten.
- Je bent klantgericht, flexibel en stressbestendig en je werkt oplossingsgericht en zelfstandig. Dit krijg je
