- Structuring of the Passive Safety Systems supply-/value-chain with regard to cross-border intercompany transactions, in accordance with the economic goals of the company and with the transfer pricing regulations in all relevant countries
- Implementation/ revision of transfer pricing policies/group directives
- Support operational business units with the determination of transfer prices
- Ensure Transfer Pricing documentation
- Tax Audit defense, as transfer pricing is a major focus in most tax audits worldwide
- Address interface topics with other areas (e.g., customs, VAT, withholding-tax)
- Degree in Business Administration
- 10+ years experience in Transfer Pricing, very strong technical skills
- Business understanding and strong business orientation (cross-functional focus, customer centricity, solution-oriented)
- Strong communication, fluent Business English
- Advanced process- and project-management skills
