Your job in a nutshell
As Office Manager, you will play a vital role in creating a great work environment for our employees. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks within a dynamic company.


What you'll do


As an Office Manager you are one of the main persons to go to in our Mechelen office, full of diverse, fun and driven people.

Your role will be a mixture of administrative and secretarial duties and serving as the keeper of our office culture.- With your organisational skills and helpful mindset you'll keep the daily office operations running smoothly. You oversee facilities to create a great work environment for colleagues.

  • You'll maintain office supplies and supplies such as coffee, fruit, drinks, etc.
  • You'll welcome colleagues, clients and suppliers with a smile as you are responsible for the reception.
  • You'll process incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • You'll help and support meetings and events
  • You'll coordinate various administrative tasks such as travel and accommodation arrangements.

Your (growing) skillset


You have at least 2 years of experience in an administration role.- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English (if you also speak French, that's a plus).

  • You have a discrete and customeroriented attitude with a proactive approach
