Job summary
We are looking for an experienced Head Coffee Roaster / Coffee Quality Lead to take responsibility for our roasting operations and coffee quality across the business.- As Head Coffee Roaster / Coffee Quality Lead, you are responsible for the end-to-end quality of our coffee offering.
- You oversee green coffee intake, roast development and production roasting, quality control, and coffee training.
