Wat ga doen als Medewerker financial accounting?
Met jouw uitstekende kennis van financial accounting ben jij een waardevolle aanvulling binnen het Finance team. In deze uitvoerende functie ben je bezig met het verwerken van inkoopfacturen, dagafschriften beheer van tussenrekeningen, het beheren van vaste activa, mutaties in de salarisadministratie en het maandelijkse balansdossier.
Wat zijn je belangrijkste taken en waar liggen je verantwoordelijkheden?
Wie ben je, en wat neem je mee?
• Jij hebt minimaal 15 jr werkervaring op het gebied van Accounting;
• Jij beschikt over een HBO diploma in een financiële richting;
• Jij bent pas tevreden als het afgesproken resultaat bereikt is;
• Jij bent in staat complexe materie snel te doorgronden. Je hebt een kritisch analytisch
vermogen, verder ben je accuraat, nauwkeurig en kun je zowel goed zelfstandig als in teamverband werken;
• Jij legt verbanden, ontdekt afwijkingen en zoekt het verhaal erachter;
• Jij schrijft en communiceert uitstekend in het Nederlands en Engels;
• Jij bent duidelijk en werkt gestructureerd.
Wat bieden wij jou?
• Zelfstandige en afwisselende functie waarbij je jouw talenten verder kunt ontwikkelen;
• Salaris vanaf € 4.500,- bruto obv 40u pw met een jaarlijkse bonus van een maandsalaris;
• Pensioenregeling met een lage werknemersbijdrage;
• Minimaal 26 vakantiedagen obv 40u. daarnaast heb je de mogelijkheid om feestdagen flexibel in te zetten;
• Uiteraard reiskostenvergoeding (€0,23 ct per km). Mocht je met het OV komen, dan krijg je een NS Business Card.
• Een mooi hoofdkantoor met lekkere koffie en leuk collega's, maar ook de mogelijkheid om (deels) thuis te werken

Als Medewerker financial accounting rapporteer jij aan de assistant finance manager. De afdeling telt ongeveer 6 collega's.
De sollicitatieprocedure
Het eerste gesprek is met de leidinggevende en/of directe collega van de afdeling, zie het als een kennismaking. Wie is Infomedics, wie ben jij, wat neem je mee aan ervaring en wat zoek jij in een baan? Daarna volgt een tweede ronde met een verdiepend gesprek. Mogelijk nodigen we je ook uit om een dagdeel mee te lopen zodat na afloop voor iedereen duidelijk is wat we van elkaar verwachten. Een personeelsscreening kan binnen de geldende wet- en regelgeving deel uitmaken van de sollicitatieprocedure.
Daarnaast is het belangrijk om te weten dat het verkrijgen van een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) nodig is om de functie te kunnen vervullen.
