- Assisting European customers: Fielding inquiries via phone and email, arranging container pick-up and drop-off, managing rentals, and providing guidance on container transport and cleaning.
- Supporting Sales Managers: Generating quotes, validating contracts, nurturing prospects, and facilitating the conversion of prospects into customers.
- Assisting the maintenance and service department: Managing container workflow, coordinating depot bookings for inspections, and facilitating repair and modification approvals.
- Supporting the Finance department: Following up on outstanding payments with customers and coordinating invoice-related issues with our head office..
- We're looking for proactive candidates with a keen understanding of the organization's operations.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, coupled with an MBO education, is preferred.
- Proficiency in French and English is essential, while Dutch language skills are not mandatory
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
