Advidi is a performance-based affiliate marketing network based in the heart of Amsterdam. We help our partners take advantage of opportunities in a growing industry. With smart use of data and technology, we deliver actionable insights in real time, making sure we stay one step ahead.

As a Junior Commercial Control Analyst, you will be part of the Data department and will help ensure the business runs on healthy volumes and profit margins, while partnering with the Sales organization and other departments, in order to foster smooth collaboration and communication between teams. You will be a key element in providing business analysis, pricing insights and recommendations in a very competitive and ever-changing affiliate marketing landscape. You will be part of a very proactive team which thrives on finding new opportunities to drive the business forward and you will report to the Commercial Control Team Lead.

Responsibilities:

Support Pricing Decisions

Actively participate in campaign pricing moments
Analyze campaign data (ARPU, margins, volume) to find optimisation opportunities
Suggest campaign payout adjustments based on campaign performance

Business Partnering with other teams

Act as a bridge within the data department and with other departments, delivering and explaining insights in a clear, actionable way
Review payout requests coming from Sales teams and support them with data driven advice
Help various teams with ad-hoc requests related to business performance.

Global Business Improvement

Provide other teams with data and recommendations when needed and support with making processes more efficient
Support small projects to improve tools and reporting quality

Required skills:

Masters Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field
Solid competencies on Office Suite / GSuite tools (Excel, Word, Slides)
Familiarity with dashboarding and reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker
Strong English written and verbal communication skills

Fluent in English, both spoken and written, and currently residing in the Netherlands.
