The Job

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, translate, and implement clear procedures, work instructions, and training documentation.
• Analyze and report on various data related to the production process, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Provide advice to production departments on improving the production process.
• Propose and implement improvement programs to enhance quality, delivery, and cycle time.
• Ensure the quality, capacity, and efficiency of production resources.
• Actively participate in the implementation of new products.
• Draft 'first article' reports on behalf of the NPI Program Manager.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing teams at the head office (USA).
• Continuously evaluate costs and revenues for improvement proposals.
• Represent at customer audits.

The Profile

• HBO level education, preferably in Business Administration, or equivalent working and thinking level achieved through a minimum of 1+ year of relevant work experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Proficient in English (verbal and written).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong command of MS Office applications.
• Experience with continuous improvement/lean programs, holding a Green Belt certification.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma, FMEA, and 8D methodologies.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
