    Bij Kraton maken we een positief verschil, en we zijn op zoek naar individuen die ook een verschil willen maken in hun werk, voor onze klanten en voor de wereld. We zijn op zoek naar een collega binnen ons facilitair-team voor onze R&D-locatie en Europees hoofdkantoor in Almere.

    De Logistiek en facilitair medewerkerzal een verscheidenheid aan logistieke en facilitaire taken uitvoeren ter ondersteuning van een efficiënte werking van het Kraton Hoofdkantoor en het Kraton R&D laboratorium in Almere. De rol rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Senior Manager Facilities & SHES en werkt in de praktijk nauw samen met de Technisch Gebouwbeheerder, de administratief medewerkster en het Receptie/Hospitality team.

    Belangrijkste Verantwoordelijkheden

    Logistieke verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Administratieve taken rondom ontvangst en verzending van pakketten en chemicaliën
  • Werkt samen met het R&D team om de benodigdheden voor het laboratorium te inventariseren en draagt zorg voor het aanleveren van de door het R&D-personeel gevraagde zaken
  • Houdt verzend- en ontvangstlogboek bij met nauwkeurige dagelijkse gegevens rondom verzonden, ontvangen, afgegeven en overgedragen goederen
  • Controleert alle ontvangen artikelen op juistheid en markeert de juiste ontvangstdocumenten
  • Ontvangt bestanden en documenten en verstrekt deze aan de noodzakelijke personen
  • Coördineert en plant de verplaatsing en de opslag van materialen
  • Houdt een consistente voorraad bij en werkt samen met supervisors/aangewezen personen om ervoor te zorgen dat producten opnieuw worden besteld als de voorraad afneemt
  • Voert indien nodig regelmatig cyclustellingen uit van de fysieke inventaris

    • Facilitaire verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Zelfstandig coordineren en/of uitvoeren van facilitaire taken, waaronder maar niet beperkt tot:
  • spoelen van oogdouches
  • afvoer van regulier en chemisch afval inclusief bijbehorende adminisratie
  • beheer van van laboratoriumjassen
  • leveren van Persoonlijke Beschermings Middelenleveringen van chemicaliën, laboratoriumgassen en vloeibaar stikstof, etc.
  • montage, configuratie, verplaatsen van meubilair
  • toezien op naleving van kantoor- en laboratoriumprocedures en normen inzake orde en netheid
  • Hands-on ondersteuning rondom vergaderingen, bijeenkomsten, site visits.
  • In overleg en in samenwerking met de Technisch Gebouwbeheerder:
  • het begeleiden van service monteurs bij onderhoud en inspectie van gebouwen en nutsvoorzieningen (elektriciteit, afzuigkappen, airconditioning, ventilatie, etc.)
  • begeleiden van externe dienstverleners voor diensten zoals glasbewassing, catering, groenvoorziening, beveiliging, afvalbeheer, periodieke schoonmaak van het laboratorium, etc.

    • Onderwijs, Certificering en Licenties

  • Middelbare school, relevant MBO beroepsdiploma of gelijkwaardig vereist.
  • Ervaring in een praktijkrol
  • Eerdere werkervaring in een magazijn en/of facilitair team gewenst.
  • Goede spreek- en schrijfvaardigheid in het Nederlands vereist. Kennis van het Engels gewenst.
  • BHV-, EHBO-, VCA-diploma gewenst of bereid deze te behalen
