Wat ga je doen:
Je neemt ownership over het elektrische wagenpark en de operatie van SIXT share in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Den Haag.
Jij werkt met name vanuit ons Service Center in Amsterdam. Je stuurt jouw team bestaande uit 4 Fleet Coördinatoren, 3 Service Agents en verschillende subcontractor teams aan.
En je schakelt met teams als Security, Customer Service, Damage & Repair en Rent-vestigingen.
Je neemt de vele operationele processen onder de loep en optimaliseert deze om de KPI's te verbeteren.
Was du mitbringst
Wat neem je mee:
Je hebt aantoonbaar relevante werkervaring en hebt eerder leidinggegeven aan een team.
Ervaring in de automotive of logistiek is een pre.
Je bent gestructureerd, analytisch sterk, doortastend en goed in het managen van prioriteiten.
Je bouwt relaties met onze partners en bent communicatief vaardig, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels.
Je bent fulltime beschikbaar tijdens kantooruren. Je hebt een flexibele werkhouding, want ook in de avond- en weekenduren gaat jouw team door.
En je vindt het vanzelfsprekend om als meewerkend voorman bij te springen, wanneer de situatie daar om vraagt.
Uiteraard heb je een geldig rijbewijs B.
