Our client, an established and independent aircraft maintenance provider, is currently expanding its operations. With a rich history dating back to 1988, they specialize in maintaining a complete range of regional jet and turboprop aircraft. With over 300 dedicated professionals, the company operates from its base maintenance facilities at Maastricht Airport and various line stations globally.

A reputable aircraft maintenance partner is seeking a full-time Purchasing Officer for our client's Logistics department based at Maastricht Airport.

The role involves:

• Efficiently sourcing and ordering aircraft components.
• Providing essential support for maintenance projects.
• Offering administrative assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Process requisitions into purchase orders, repair orders, sales orders, etc.
• Arrange and follow up on shipments, including AOG transport.
• Generate reports for internal and external clients.
• Track high-value components during maintenance projects.
• Provide administrative support to the Logistics team.
• Assist the Sales Manager in preparing quotes.

• MBO degree or equivalent (Aviation Management is advantageous).
• Availability for 40 hours per week.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and databases.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
