    Ensure, first and foremost, that all the marketing content is mapped out, planned, and backlogged with strategic intent and executed within deadlines. Additionally, work with multiple teams across the company to drive their work efficiency and operational excellence by bringing structure and building and optimizing processes and workflows.

    Overview:

    • We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded Marketing Operations Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives while enhancing operational efficiency and collaboration across multiple teams within our organization.
    • The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for process optimization, and a passion for driving results through effective project management and stakeholder engagement.

    Responsibilities:

    Content Mapping and Planning:

    Develop and maintain a comprehensive content map aligned with marketing objectives and strategies.

    Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and backlog content with strategic intent.

    Monitor content performance and adjust plans to optimize effectiveness.

    Operational Efficiency:

    Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows across teams.

    Implement structured processes and workflows to improve productivity and effectiveness.

    Continuously assess and optimize operational procedures to drive efficiency and reduce redundancies.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Foster collaboration and communication between marketing teams and other departments.

    Act as a liaison between teams to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and timelines.

    Provide guidance and support to enhance understanding of marketing processes and requirements.

    Deadline Management:

    Establish clear timelines and deadlines for marketing initiatives and ensure adherence to schedules.

    Proactively identify potential bottlenecks and implement strategies to mitigate risks.

    Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address issues.

    Process Optimization:

    Analyze existing processes and identify areas for optimization and automation.

    Implement tools and technologies to streamline workflows and improve productivity.

    Monitor process performance and make adjustments to drive continuous improvement.

    Requirement Gathering and Streamlining:

    Gather requirements and streamline processes and templates to enhance efficiency and collaboration between business units and markets.

    Identify opportunities for alignment and synergy to drive collective success.

    KPI Reporting Standards:

    Establish monthly KPI reporting standards covering budget, planning, and risk management.

    Develop comprehensive reporting frameworks to track and analyze marketing performance metrics.

    Provide insights and recommendations based on KPI data to inform strategic decision-making.

    Stakeholder Management:

    Build and maintain stakeholder relationships with key business and market marketing teams.

    Manage delivery against business and market KPIs by aligning marketing initiatives with stakeholder objectives.

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Proven experience in marketing operations, project management, or related roles.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and marketing automation platforms.
    • Understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
    • Experience in process improvement methodologies is a plus.
