Onze opdrachtgever is een netbeheerder. Als Medewerker Business Support wordt je onderdeel van de afdeling Supply Chain Management waar ongeveer 140 collega's werkzaam zijn verdeeld over 12 verschillende locaties.
Vacature omschrijving
Als Medewerker Business Support vervul je een hele belangrijke rol bij het optimaliseren van de logistieke keten die bestaat uit verschillende interne afdelingen en leveranciers en zal jij je richten op klanttevredenheid, procesverbeteringen en relatiemanagement.
Jij bent in jouw rol van Medewerker Business Support een spil in de logistieke keten en bent in staat de verschillende schakels met elkaar te verbinden. Zo ben je het 1e aanspreekpunt voor de interne klanten, je voorziet ze van de juiste informatie en advies over de uitgaande materiaalstroom, dit zelfde doe je voor de aannemers als het gaat om de verkoop van materialen en je bent tevens de vraagbaak voor de logistieke service punt beheerders als het gaat om in- en uitfaseringen of verkrijgbaarheid van materialen.
Jij zorgt dat de materiaallevering aan de productievestigingen zo betrouwbaar mogelijk is, wanneer je signaleert dat een tijdige levering niet gerealiseerd kan worden, anticipeer je proactief richting de vestigingen en zoek je samen naar mogelijke oplossingen. Je stuurt aan op operationele KPI's waaronder voorraadbeschikbaarheid, spoedorders en weigerritten en bewaakt dit. Tevens initieer je (LEAN)verbetertrajecten die je zelfstandig uitvoert of met een team die jij hebt samengesteld en coördineert.
De Medewerker Business Support is dus een brede, uitdagende functie waarbij je zorgt voor intensieve afstemming met zowel collega's in de vestiging, de aannemer en de medewerkers van de afdeling Supply Chain verspreid over 12 locaties.
