    Functiebeschrijving

    Als Customer Service Medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor een goede afhandeling van uitgaande bestellingen voor een vast aantal klanten. Jij bent als Customer Service Medewerker de spil tussen klant, product en levering en zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen volgens planning geleverd worden en dat de klanten tevreden zijn over de service. Daarnaast is systeemmanagement een belangrijk onderdeel van je werk en zorg je ervoor dat de uitgaande bestellingen continu gemonitord worden. Dit doe je op een zeer nauwkeurige en analytische manier. Je onderneemt actie wanneer nodig en werkt samen met jouw team om alles in goede banen te leiden. Ook mag je meewerken aan verbeterprojecten en (interne) IT-projecten om de dataverzameling efficiënter te maken en IT-topics over logistieke zaken aan te pakken.     Functie-eisen

    In de functie van Customer Service Medewerker wordt het volgende van je verwacht:

    • MBO werk- en denkniveau met minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring
    • Je hebt enige kennis van Microsoft Excel
    • Je bent klantgericht en hebt analytisch vermogen om rapporten zowel in- als extern te communiceren
    • Je beheerst de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
    • Je bent een echte teamspeler

    Arbeidsvoorwaarden

    Als Customer Service Medewerker bij onze opdrachtgever mag je het volgende verwachten:

    • Een salaris tussen de €2.200,- en €2.990,- bruto per maand (afhankelijk van kennis en ervaringen)
    • Direct op contract bij onze opdrachtgever
    • Een fulltime functie voor 40 uur per week
    • 25 vakantiedagen op basis van een fulltime dienstverband
    • Laptop en telefoon van het bedrijf
    • Niet onbelangrijk: een premievrij pensioen
