• Perform routine maintenance tasks throughout the hotel
• Respond to guest requests for repairs in a timely and efficient manner
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g., heating, ventilation, air conditioning)
• Collaborate with other staff and external contractors when necessary
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Ability to handle tools and repair equipment
• Excellent problemsolving skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work in shifts and during weekends, if needed
