The Team


Within the Global HR organisation, the role of PA supports the Senior HRD CSD and the Global HR CSD team to deliver on the CSD HR and business function priorities.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, proactive Personal Assistant. You find it important to strive for delivering quality in your work. You enjoy working in a small team, you are accurate, stress-resistant that enjoys working in a high pace environment. You are flexible and you have a can-do and hands-on mentality.

You are a proactive and organisation sensitive organizer who knows how to distinguish main issues from side issues and how to set the right priorities.

You are honest and know how to handle confidential information. The position directly reports to the HRD CSD and is based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.


Roles & responsibilities

  • Your main responsibilities will be calendar management and planning and organizing and ensuring that the HRD is well prepared for the variety of daily activities including travel.
  • You also have an administrative role in, for example, Workday processes, eprofit and Ibuy.
  • Given the nature of the work and access to confidential and sensitive information, the role is deemed to be 'sensitive'. An extra security clearance is required by the Corporate Special Investigations (CSI) team.

  • You have similar PA (5+ year) work experience in an international environment
  • Bachelor's degree in office management or secretarial education
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Fluent MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, SharePoint) and MS Teams
  • Good problemsolving skills, active listening
  • A 'can do' mentality, proactive, resourceful and willing to go the extra mile
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills, combined with high cultural sensitivity in order to work in a highly diverse environment
  • High level of confidentiality, working with sensitive topics and senior management of ING
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and high work pressure and can also work to tight deadlines.
  • And most of all: You anticipate what is coming next and make work lighter for all including yourself
