    Het team waarin je werkt als Sales Manager binnen Machinery & Spare Parts

    Als Sales Manager weet jij het juiste netwerk te bouwen, te onderhouden en je bent iemand die zich graag bij netwerkbijeenkomsten laat zien. Borrels, beurzen en evenementen daar draai jij je hand niet voor om, daar sta jij altijd open voor een praatje en ben je opzoek naar nieuwe business. Deze nieuwe business kan zijn voor 'snelle opslag' tot aan end-to-end supply chain oplossingen. Binnen jouw PMC, Machinery & Spare Parts zit je vooral binnen Broekman Logistics in de Contract logistiek.

    Samen met, onder andere, engineers, de operatie en projectmanagers werk je aanvragen helemaal uit, inclusief operationele- en financiële vraagstukken. Je bent het commerciële aanspreekpunt van zowel de klant, als de interne organisatie en je neemt hierin alle dienstverlening van Broekman Logistics mee, ook internationaal. Uniek aan Broekman Logistics is, dat ook de projectmanagers en engineers onder dezelfde afdeling vallen. Zo weet je zeker dat je als team het maximale kunt bereiken en als de tender valt ook de juiste opvolging wordt gegeven. Alles wat je bereikt, bereik je als team en jullie zijn vanaf het begin tot en met de eerste factuur verantwoordelijk. Daarnaast reis je als Sales Manager internationaal, binnen en buiten Europa.

    We geloven dan ook niet in cold calling, persoonlijke targets en snelle deals binnenhalen. We geloven wel in consultative selling, een goed netwerk en up-to-date marktkennis. Juist om die redenen hebben we een uitgebreid marketingteam dat jou voorziet van de laatste marktontwikkelingen en warme leads genereert door slimme (online) marketingtools in te zetten. Uiteraard volg jij deze op. Je levert een actieve bijdrage aan de positionering van de PMC en stel jij jouw commercieel plan op voor het behalen van jouw targets in de PMC.

    Tijdens je eerste 2 weken in dienst, laten we alle sites, vestigingen en oplossingen zien zodat je alle kennis in huis hebt en aan de slag kan.

    Jouw profiel als Sales Manager

    Zoals gezegd ben je zeer commercieel en schroom je niet om een organisatie te benaderen. Je vindt het leuk om een netwerk op te bouwen en uit te breiden en weet precies waar de beslissingsbevoegde zitten en hoe je hen kunt overtuigen van de dienstverlening van Broekman Logistics.

    Verder heb je....

    • minimaal afgeronde bachelor opleiding;
    • heb je minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring binnen de Sales;
    • ervaring binnen de Contract logistiek of ervaring binnen de Technical Assembly;
    • Nederlands en Engelse taal op goed niveau.

      Werken als Sales Manager binnen Broekman Logistics

      Broekman Logistics is een groeiende en ambitieuze speler in contract logistiek en focust zich op grote lange termijn contracten, waarin we end-to-end supply chain oplossingen aanbieden. Dit doen we binnen onze drie divisies: Forwarding & Shipping, Warehousing & Distribution en Breakbulk Terminals. Broekman Logistics kent Sales teams ingericht op PMC, waardoor je binnen de PMC verantwoordelijk bent voor de nieuwe sales binnen alle drie genoemde divisies. Ons Sales team is ingericht in de volgende PMC's; Specialty Chemicals, Machinery & Spare Parts, Industrial en General Cargo.
      Als Sales Manager ben jij met jouw collega Sales Managers en Sales Representatives actief om acquisitie te plegen in de Machinery & Spare Parts branche voor al onze divisies. Als Sales Manager rapporteer je aan de Manager Business Development.
