In this role, you have the opportunity

To work at one of the main Operations sites within Philips, a great and inspiring place for your future career. You'll be part of the Operational Procurement team, reporting to the Operational Procurement Manager of Magnetic Resonance (MR). You will report to the Operational Procurement Manager of Magnetic Resonance (MR).

You are responsible for:

Driving Customer Demand Fulfilment by ensuring material availability in the supply chain.
Operational material planning and Purchase Order management.
Identifying supply risks and issues, driving mitigation actions, and escalating if needed.
Continuous harmonization and improvement of material supply processes ensuring Philips Global Processes execution.
Follow up the material life cycle, securing in-time availability and prevention of obsolescence.
Inventory Analysis and policy definition to secure material availability against minimum inventory investments.
Managing inventory levels to stay within agreed targets for supplier-managed
Connecting to and managing different stakeholders in the supply chain (planning, production, suppliers, R&D, etc.) to ensure material availability.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or relevant fields
More than 2 - 3 years experience in a similar (process industry) supply chain role
ERP and MS office experience
English communication skills
You have good communication skills, are a team player, have a proactive attitude and have a can-do attitude
Residence and willingness for hybrid work

And nice to have

SAP experience
Dutch language skills
