    What You Will Do

    In this role, you will be responsible for targeting new prospect accounts as well as helping grow our current customer accounts when needed. The Supply Chain Product Sales Account Executive will be responsible for engaging with international building product manufacturers and sharing the benefits that the MEPcontent platform can offer them in the BIM workflow.

    is a cloud portal and platform where over 600,000 articles from more than 300 manufacturers are available as 3D files to more than 160,000 engineers. Its graphical and technical features enable engineers to quickly and accurately design installations for buildings and homes in Revit, AutoCAD, Nova, and other design software.

    Measures of success

    As a Product Sales Account Executive at Trimble, you and your colleagues are responsible for the international expansion of MEPcontent. Specific responsibilities are:

  • Collaborate with your team in finding, researching, developing, and closing leads/prospects for MEPcontent.
  • Communicating with prospective customers by uncovering their needs and identifying sales opportunities as it relates to Trimble's content & supply chain solutions.
  • Keeping up with product information and enhancements as well as relevant industry updates through collaboration with our product marketing teams.
  • Building opportunities and pipelines for MEPcontent through your daily sales activities & by representing Trimble at industry events & trade shows
  • Collaborate and assist in research, development, and maintenance of long and short-range sales and territory plans as it relate to our product(s)
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets (quota) .
  • What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English. German would be a strong plus
  • Ideal candidate is someone who has sold either products,software or services into the Building Product Industry.
  • Specialization and prior experience in (PIM) Product Information Management and/or SaaS sales within the construction industry is a plus.
  • A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding an annual quota
  • Exemplary presentation and communication across all levels of an organization.
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM and Google Suite products.
  • Excellent negotiating and closing skills with customers/prospects as well as with internal resources.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within Europe and/or up to 50% of the time with an average of +/- 20%
