    Sulzer Flow Equipment is wereldwijd marktleider in de ontwikkeling en levering van onder andere pompen, roerwerken, vermalers en beluchting in geselecteerde industriële markten, met name in olie & gas, energie, water, afvalwater en de papierindustrie. De Sulzer Water & General Industry Business Unit heeft vestigingen in België en Nederland en is in deze regio met bijna 50 medewerkers actief in de verkoop, installatie en service van bovengenoemde producten. Voor de directe aansturing van onze serviceactiviteiten zijn wij op zoek naar een Teamleider Operations.

    In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
    • Alle Service gerelateerde activiteiten bij onze klanten en in onze workshop.
    • De directe aansturing van ons field serviceteam, de workshop engineers en service coördinator als direct leidinggevende.
    • Optimalisatie van de bezetting van inzet en uren, capaciteitsplanning alles in samenspraak met de service coördinator.
    • Commerciële opvolging indien uitgevoerde werkzaamheden nieuwe kansen bieden.
    • Coördinatie en uitvoering van het lokale Service- en VGWM-beleid.


    Om te slagen in deze rol, heb je nodig:
    • Een hbo-opleiding met een technisch commerciële focus, Leidinggevende en/of coördinerende ervaring binnen een technische serviceorganisatie is een belangrijke pre.
    • Ambitie om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen als operationeel leidinggevende.
    • Kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift, (Basis) kennis van de Franse taal is een pre.
    • Uitstekend ontwikkelde communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.
    • In staat en bereid om bruggen te slaan tussen onze klanten en interne organisatie.
    • Een zelfstandige, flexibele en klantgerichte instelling.

    Je werkt je samen met je collega's hoofdzakelijk vanuit onze locatie in Maastricht- Airport en af en toe ook bij onze klanten in de Benelux. Onze vestiging in Maastricht- Airport is een moderne facility waarin we een eigen workshop hebben gevestigd. Deze regio biedt een prettige leefomgeving met toegang tot alle denkbare voorzieningen en steden als Maastricht, Sittard, Geleen en Heerlen binnen bereisbare afstand.
