    Introduction

Oxfam Novib is an integral part of a global movement striving for a just and sustainable world. We embrace courageous activists demanding radical change: from addressing injustice in trade and tax systems to advocating for ambitious and equitable climate policies, and championing equal rights for all. Oxfam Novib brings together people, businesses, and governments, challenging them to enact change, both globally and here in the Netherlands.

With a strong constituency of Dutch supporters and over 65 years of experience in international cooperation, Oxfam Novib is recognized for delivering tangible results. As part of the Oxfam confederation, active in 90 countries, we aim to present a powerful and unified voice on the world stage. Together with our colleagues, partners, and local communities, we work towards systemic changes that genuinely improve people's lives.

Our commitment to the core values of empowerment, accountability, inclusivity, courage, solidarity, and equality underpins everything we do. We embody our feminist principles, values, vision, and responsibilities in our daily work and provide transparent reporting on these matters.
