- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop the people leader communication strategy and integrated plan.
- Develop communication content/campaigns in support of key communication objectives, including people leader webcasts, newsletters, events, etc.
- Review and maintain the leadership communication channel approach.
- Manage key channels: People Leader Hub, People Leader Viva Engage
- Monitor the effectiveness and impact of people leader communication and implement continuous improvement.
- Utilize strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with senior leaders and key stakeholders (i.e. in Human Resources), influencing decisions and advocating for effective communication strategies.
- Represent the Employee Communications team within other teams at Philips.
- You have a University degree (Master's degree)
- Strong experience managing complex communications processes across a matrixed organization
- Strong experience communicating with multiple, diverse stakeholder groups, with a proven track record in employee and leadership communications
- Excellent oral and written skills
- 5-7 years of experience in Healthcare or Technology B2B, B2G Communications strongly preferred
- Strong project management and organization skills and ability to lead internal and external resources
- Ability to lead through influence, collaborate effectively with global teams and to work effectively with senior leaders and executives
- Strong ability to creatively problem solve
