Job Description

Job title:
It's a dynamic role within the Global Employee Communications team focusing on delivering high-quality internal communication to our global people leader audience. The role is pivotal in ensuring efficient and effective communication to our Philips leadership audiences in line with organizational priorities to effectively drive the Philips culture and strategy.

Your role:

1. People leader communication strategy and planning:

• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop the people leader communication strategy and integrated plan.

2. Communication design and development:

• Develop communication content/campaigns in support of key communication objectives, including people leader webcasts, newsletters, events, etc.

3. Channel strategy and maintenance:

• Review and maintain the leadership communication channel approach.
• Manage key channels: People Leader Hub, People Leader Viva Engage

4. Measurement and monitoring:

• Monitor the effectiveness and impact of people leader communication and implement continuous improvement.

8. Stakeholder management:

• Utilize strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with senior leaders and key stakeholders (i.e. in Human Resources), influencing decisions and advocating for effective communication strategies.
• Represent the Employee Communications team within other teams at Philips.

You're the right fit if:

• You have a University degree (Master's degree)
• Strong experience managing complex communications processes across a matrixed organization
• Strong experience communicating with multiple, diverse stakeholder groups, with a proven track record in employee and leadership communications
• Excellent oral and written skills
• 5-7 years of experience in Healthcare or Technology B2B, B2G Communications strongly preferred
• Strong project management and organization skills and ability to lead internal and external resources
• Ability to lead through influence, collaborate effectively with global teams and to work effectively with senior leaders and executives
• Strong ability to creatively problem solve
