- A Master degree in Naval Architecture, Offshore, Subsea, Civil or Marine Engineering
- At least 5+ years relevant experience in Naval design and offshore industry
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written. Good command of the Dutch language is a plus
- A critical mindset, and you are intrinsically motivated to continuous, tangible development;
- A collaborative spirit, a sense of humor, and a strong work ethic with a "get it done" approach;
