Concrefy is developing a new standard in 3D printing of structural concrete. We are pushing boundaries in concrete technology, production, and processing. Within our development team, we are looking for an operator for the mobile concrete batching plant for "3D Concrete Printing" (3DCP).

As an operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a highly advanced mobile concrete batching plant and related (sub-)systems (such as pump, hoses, sensors, and software interfaces). You are a key player in the process of achieving high-quality and reliable printed concrete products.

We are looking for someone who is pragmatic and can work systematically in a modern production environment. At the same time, the candidate should also be idealistic; after all, the team is developing a completely new production method for future concrete construction.

You are a highly motivated individual with a strong interest in concrete technology and production. You feel comfortable in a small multidisciplinary team and enjoy working on new applications to further industrialize the concrete construction process.

You already have experience in concrete production, but will receive additional internal training to learn the intricacies of the 3DCP process.

The candidate for this position needs to meet the following criteria:

• Is able to operate a concrete batching plant independently

• Solves technical problems and responds quickly to operational challenges

• Proactively contributes to a safe working environment

• Has experience in concrete production

• Has at least basic knowledge of concrete technology

• Is familiar with the maintenance and management of a concrete batching plant

• Has the ability to ensure safe and efficient production

• Has experience in maintenance of tools and equipment

• Possesses the ability to work both independently and in a team

• Is self-motivated with a mindset to implement new ideas

• Is a team player who enjoys practical solutions

• Has strong verbal communication skills

• Preferably proficient in Dutch language, English proficiency is required
