The Booking

Joining a global design studio in the heart of Amsterdam, you'll help to deliver world-class CGI projects for a fantastic portfolio of clients, working with experts in the industry to deliver quality work.

This is a hybrid role - both remote and onsite working within a top-tier studio. Starting on May 1st, this is a 3-month booking, with the potential for extensions.

What We're Looking For?

We want to speak to Amsterdam-based (or commutable distance to) Freelance Producers, to support the production lead with ongoing projects.

Someone who can hit the ground running, who knows the lingo and will be able to engage with clients and the CG team, quickly and effectively.

Key points:

• Extensive experience in CGI/visualisation
• Clientfacing, processled & detailoriented
• Communication, CG industry knowledge both technically and creatively

Key responsibilities:

• Budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and managing production across several concurrent brands
• Managing all aspects of the daytoday production in a CGIled studio environment
• Proactively communicating and managing expectations with clients & client service teams
• Working with Resource Managers and Producers in other global studio locations to proactively solve capacity challenges before they become a problem.
• All aspects of project documentation management, including estimates, POs, etc.

Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to craft and review SOWs with experience in accurately identifying project risks
• Ability to quickly and effectively draft indicative project budgets in advance of concept approval
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to direct a team while promoting positive morale in a fastpaced, deliverydriven environment
• Proficient in MS Office Suite plus project management tools such as Shotgrid, Jira, Trello, ClickUp etc.
• 5+ years' experience in a CGIled studio environment
• Experience in pre/postproduction
• Background working in brand or packagingcentric creative agencies
• Experience working with CPG or domestic appliance brands
