Stationed at our facility in Maastricht-Airport, you will play a key role in managing Aircraft On Ground (AOG) emergencies, assessing maintenance schedules for special resources, overseeing line technicians' schedules, and maintaining constant communication with clients, SAMCO technicians, and the Line Maintenance Manager.

Strategically coordinate and manage staff schedules and work rosters.

Develop plans for tools, Ground Support Equipment (GSE), materials, and services such as Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) for various locations.

Compile and administer reports, supporting the Line Maintenance Manager administratively.
Aviation Management education is advantageous but not essential.
Experience in staff scheduling and workforce management.
Excellent communication skills in English.
