    Job title – Global Marketing Manager (Head of) - Dairy Alternatives

    Location – Delft, Netherlands or Princeton, United States

    Job model – Hybrid

    As the Global Marketing Manager Dairy Alternatives, you are responsible for building the global and regional marketing & communication approach in line with the dairy alternatives segment and regional strategies. You provide global market insights, you build the marketing materials and concepts for new value propositions, applications, and innovation, and support and drive customer visits, events, and exhibitions.

    All in close collaboration with the head of plant based dairy alternatives, the business development manager, the regions and the segments.

    Key Responsibilities

  • The Global Marketing Manager Dairy Alternatives builds and drives the global marketing & communication approach in line with the plant-based dairy alternatives strategy and in close collaboration with the regions and segments;
  • Creates the marketing collaterals and supportive materials for new value propositions, product launches, and concepts in line with the strategy as driven by business development;
  • Provides market analyses, trends, customer and consumer insights by translating information from business intelligence, customer visits, and other sources into relevant insights for the segment as input for new solutions and innovation;
  • Supports and drives customer visits, exhibitions, and events, ensuring deployment of new and existing solutions to our customers in close collaboration with the sales force;
  • Trains the regional sales forces on- and drives deployment and communication of dsm-firmenich solutions for plant-based dairy alternatives from all the categories;
  • Builds close connections and a network with the marketing, business intelligence, business development, and sales functions in the regions and segments.

    • You Bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Marketing;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing in the Food Industry, preferably in matrix organizations;
  • Knowledge of the plant-based dairy alternatives industry is a plus;
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Strategic & analytical thinking;
  • Strong ability to convince and influence others;
  • Proven track record of driving successful marketing activities in a complex matrix, managing and influencing;
  • Ability to work in a multicultural, multidisciplinary environment;
  • Resilience.
