What are you going to do?

The E2E Aggregation Lead supports the Senior E2E Aggregation Lead in the S&OP Process that drives strategic business planning and longer-term execution. As an Aggregation Lead, you will play a crucial role in supporting the S&OP processes. You are the one who leads all meetings and ensures the right output. Prior to the meeting, you gather all necessary information to facilitate these meetings. This entails consolidating regional demand and supply data from the Advanced Planning System, and analyzing any imbalances or demand risks. A key aspect to the role is to ensure the relevant KPI's and any other related data for the S&OP process, along with the respective what-if analysis.

In summary, your responsibilities include:

• Providing an overview of aggregated regional and cross-regional demand and production, analyzing significant changes and trends affecting the supply chain;
• Conducting root cause analyses of service failures;
• Supporting materials for the standard review each period including key highlights, reporting of demand/supply balancing, risks and opportunities and KPIs;
• Anticipating future Supply Chain risks and opportunities, prompt and enable decision-making by providing the right quality analytics;
• Facilitation of Business continuity structure and standard ways of working in case of regional supply crises.

Additionally, you possess the following:

• A completed bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Science and/or Engineering;
• At least 3 years of work experience within the field of Supply Chain Management with experience in demand planning, S&OP Planning or another comparable role;
• Experience in stakeholdermanagement;
• Preferably you have worked for a CPG/FMCG company;
• Understanding of S&OP processes, SAP, Power BI and Excel;
• Fluent in English communication;
• You are permanently based in The Netherlands.
