- Samen met de HSE Supervisor vertaal je de algemene strategie naar concrete acties die bijdragen aan onze veiligheidscultuur.
- Je zorgt voor de administratieve opvolging van de arbeidsongevallen (aangifte, rapportering).
- Je beheert de safety mailbox en wijst acties toe in de actielijst.
- Je volgt de acties op in de HSE actielijst en je beheert de openstaande acties in Manual Master (veiligheidsplannen, aangiftes incidenten/ongevallen, toolboxen, meldingen van onveilige situaties)
- Je doet de administratieve opvolging van de werkpostfiches en verzorgt de coördinatie met de arbeidsarts.
- Je volgt de aanvragen voor persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen op.
- Je stelt vergaderverslagen van veiligheidsmeetings op.
- Je bereidt diverse rapporteringen voor.
- Je biedt ondersteuning in de redactie van algemene HSE communicatie (Safety Flash, Toolboxmeetings).

• Je bent in het bezit van het diploma Integrale Veiligheid of je behaalde het getuigschrift preventieadviseur niveau 1 of 2.
