Prodrive's mission is to create meaningful technologies that make the world work. To drive innovation, Prodrive invests significantly in research & development across four dedicated technology programs. We regularly participate in national and international subsidized collaboration projects. A unique opportunity has arisen in that respect as we are currently looking for a dedicated External Partnership Specialist who will be responsible for attracting and coordinating subsidies and grants for R&D projects within Prodrive.
In this role, you will be in the center of everything that has to do with subsidies. This requires you to be in direct contact with the technical directors of the technology programs, project leaders, business developers and the finance team. We are looking for a generalist who can communicate with every type of employee at Prodrive whilst having a natural curiosity and understanding of technology.
Key responsibilities:
Identify, together with colleagues from our Technology Programs, Dutch and European funding opportunities that match our innovations.
- Coordinate and manage the subsidy process (from identification and application to technological and financial closure).
- Manage external relations and our strategic partnerships network.
- Ensure compliance with rules and regulations for active funding projects.
- Visit (inter)national conferences and meetings across Europe to represent Prodrive Technologies.
- Work with external advisors to utilize our WBSO subsidy income potential.
- Represent Prodrive towards funding bodies (RVO, European Commission).
- Assist financial control in report and auditing of subsidies.
