JOUW STAGE

Het doel van deze stage is om het Recruitment team van CEVA Logistics te ondersteunen bij het verbeteren van de Recruitment Marketing door middel van het ontwikkelen van gedetailleerde persona's voor verschillende doelgroepen. Door inzicht te krijgen in de behoeften, interesses en kenmerken van verschillende doelgroepen, kunnen we de effectiviteit van de wervingsinspanningen vergroten.

Afhankelijk van de voorwaarden die jouw studie heeft aan de stage, kunnen we jouw werkpakket combineren met de algemene taken van onze afdeling, zodat je een compleet beeld krijgt van Corporate Recruitment. Zoals:

• Sourcings activiteiten opzetten via o.a. De LinkedIn Recruiter Seat en Indeed;
• E-mail en agendabeheer;
• Intake gesprekken met potentieel nieuwe collega's;
• Voorbereiden en deelnemen aan campus events, wervingsdagen of site visits.

Je wordt in deze periode onderdeel van het Recruitment team bestaande uit 14 collega's. Er is een werkplek voor jou op kantoor in Waalwijk of Zaltbommel. Idealiter werk je op beide kantoren.

• Je bent een enthousiaste en gedreven hbo student in de richting van Human Resources, Bedrijfskunde of hebt tijdens jouw studie vakken gevolgd als HR en Marketing;
• Je bent op zoek naar een stage per 1 september 2024 (andere startdatum in overleg) en bent in de gelegenheid mee te werken;
• Je stapt gemakkelijk op mensen af, in zowel het Nederlands als Engels, bent nieuwsgierig en vindt het leuk om met ons mee te denken in dit project;
• Het is handig wanneer je over eigen vervoer beschikt of met OV wilt reizen, zodat we samen met jou op diverse locaties kunnen werken.
