    Provide timely technical assistance to English and German-speaking customers, resolving issues with high satisfaction
    Collaborate with teams to address complex issues and ensure a positive customer experience
    Align priorities and solutions with Product & Development teams, providing feedback for improvement
    Proactively monitor data flows, health checks, and client portals
    Vocational study or recent Bachelor's degree graduate
    ~ Tech-savvy and fluent in German, both written and spoken
