- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the daily airfreight activities of the export department.
- Ensuring timely and accurate processing of all export shipments.
- Communicating with customers to ensure all necessary documents and information are provided in a timely and complete manner.
- Coordinating with airlines, customs authorities, and other external parties to ensure all shipments are handled according to required procedures.
- Ensuring efficient and effective operation of the department and implementing process improvements where necessary.
- Managing, guiding, and motivating the export team.
- MBO/HBO level of education, preferably in logistics or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in airfreight export.
- Preferably 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of airfreight procedures and customs regulations.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational skills and problem-solving abilities.
- A team player with leadership qualities.
