Sales Manager for the company we are consulting.

  • Find new customers for transportation to fulfill the target amount of operational income
  • Deliver the rates for the transportation inquiries of customers and freight forwarders
  • Manage a group of sales executives for road freight, warehousing, and freight forwarding
  • Schedule weekly meetings with her/his/its sales team
  • Require rates from all types of suppliers (Hauliers, Co-Loaders, Transportation Companies)
  • Reply to the new shipment or storage inquiries of the actual customers and freight forwarders
  • Follow up on the sent offers
  • Manage to enter the customer and inquiry data into the used CRM Program
  • Arrange supplier visits in order to increase the ability of the company to lower costs
  • Arrange new customer visits
  • Work on trends and market research to develop target customers and markets
  • Develop weekly, monthly, and yearly sales strategies
  • Deliver the won business to the Operation team with the necessary data
  • Prepare the sales reports and responsible for participating the meetings and social activities
- those will be scheduled by the company management

  • Demonstrate a commitment to conduct operations in accordance with the Safety, Health, and Environmental program
  • Annual budget planning and trying the best to realize the figures

Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience in sales for any kind of transportation or/and warehousing
  • Management Experience
  • Customercentric and solutiontargeted mindset
  • Good understanding of logistics and customer needs.
  • Knowledge of variables for transportation methods warehouse needs and incoterms
  • Ability to interact and work effectively with customers and vendors, always maintaining a high level of integrity.
  • Provide guidance and feedback for improving the sales skills of the sales team
