- Verzorgen van een introductiepresentatie voor studenten op de eerste stagedag;
- Helpen bij het schrijven van aantrekkelijke stage-publicaties en deze plaatsen op de door jou geselecteerde platformen;
- Screenen en selecteren van de binnen gekomen sollicitaties;
- Het overleggen en maken van de sollicitatie-afspraken voor de managers;
- Verzorgen en verbeteren van het indiensttredingsproces voor studenten;
- Deelnemen aan verschillende events van onder andere(n) Hogescholen en Universiteiten;
- Deelnemen aan diverse recruitment & employer branding projecten.
- Doelgroepgericht: We richten ons zowel in recruitment als in marketing op specifieke doelgroepen. In recruitment zijn dit potentiële kandidaten voor een specifieke functie, terwijl marketing zich richt op klanten die geïnteresseerd zijn in een product of dienst.
- Branding: Net als in marketing is het belangrijk om een positief imago van DAF als werkgever neer te zetten. We creëren een sterk "Employer Brand".
- Communicatie: Effectieve communicatie is essentieel in recruitment en marketing. We brengen de juiste boodschap over via vacatures en berichten op websites, sociale media, in advertenties en in persoonlijke gesprekken.
- Concurrentie: We onderscheiden ons van andere werkgevers door potentiële kandidaten aan te trekken, bijvoorbeeld door evenementen, bedrijfsbezoeken en actief te zoeken naar kandidaten op platforms zoals LinkedIn.
- Analyse en metingen: We gebruiken data en analyses om het succes van onze inspanningen te meten. We kijken naar de effectiviteit van onze activiteiten en advertenties en evalueren de kwaliteit van kandidaten. Kortom, recruitment en marketing zijn beide gericht op het aantrekken en overtuigen van mensen. Door marketing- en sales-technieken toe te passen in het recruitmentproces, kunnen we succesvolle wervingscampagnes opzetten.

Voor deze stage zijn we op zoek naar een stagiaire "Talent Acquisition Marketeer" die verantwoordelijk wordt voor de werving en selectie van nieuwe stagiaires en afstudeerders bij DAF.
Daarnaast gaat jouw onderzoek zich richten op het verder optimaliseren en professionaliseren van de complete marketingmix die DAF Trucks Recruitment inzet om deze stagiaires en afstudeerders te bereiken, binden en boeien.
Jouw enthousiasme, creatieve denkvermogen, sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en hands-on mentaliteit zorgen ervoor dat studenten kiezen voor een stage bij DAF. Je hebt informatievoorzieningen en data tot je beschikking die je kunnen helpen de juiste studenten te vinden.
Tijdens deze stage ben jij het aanspreekpunt zijn voor zowel de interne DAF-organisatie als voor de studenten met betrekking tot de stages en afstudeerprojecten bij DAF.

De afdeling Recruitment maakt onderdeel uit van de Europese HR-organisatie van DAF Trucks en is gevestigd in Eindhoven. De afdeling speelt een leidende rol in de ondersteuning van de verschillende bedrijfsonderdelen binnen DAF Trucks/Paccar bij het werven van nieuwe collega's.
