Would you also like to work in an ambitious team and continue your personal and content development? Then you are the Senior Consultant Pension Transformation we are looking for

    What will you be doing?

Our clients are insurers, asset managers, pension funds, and pension administration organisations, mainly situated in the Randstad region. As a member of a multidisciplinary team, you will help these clients to successfully execute challenging (digital) transformation projects in relation to the Future Pensions Act. Your role for a particular transformation project will be the one best suited to the relevant project, and can vary from strategic reorientation, to choosing technology, to its actual implementation. As a Senior Consultant Pension Transformation, areas that you will deal with include:

  • Executing design sprints with our Experience Centre and clients to redefine their value-added processes or help shape a newly developed service.
  • Elaborating (functional and non-functional) business requirements and the corresponding project plan for a new solution to be developed and/or implemented.
  • Supporting clients in developing and implementing digital solutions and helping to integrate them into existing technology landscapes.
  • Conducting 'deep dive' assessments on the manufacturability and feasibility of a project plan and/or the solution to be implemented.
  • Working with a variety of methodologies, from 'waterfall' to more 'Agile' ways of working.
  • Attending and actively contributing to steering committee meetings, offering independent and reliable reports on issues and the progress of projects.
  • Substantively challenging project progress and implementation by engaging with project team members, risk management, IT, business owners, and other key stakeholders.
  • At PwC, you will be part of a dynamic, international, and multidisciplinary team of experts. Together with your colleagues, you will excel in our clients' environments. At PwC, you will help optimise the knowledge, methodologies, and tools we use to fulfil our 'Trust by Design' client mission.
  • Does this describe you?

  • You have at least two years of relevant work experience within (digital) transformation projects, preferably in the financial sector.
  • You have a completed university degree (such as (technical) business administration, organisational change, information management, or similar).
  • You are people-oriented and socially adept in political, dynamic, and complex environments. You enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams.
  • You are a team player who is a good listener and can clearly communicate ideas to colleagues and clients to arrive at the best solutions together.
  • You have experience working in Agile Technology implementation projects and an understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies.
  • You understand and are interested in disruptive technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, RPA, Big Data, and other emerging technologies.
  • You combine strategic and analytical insight with a passion for technology and your work, and you are a go-getter.
  • You speak and write fluent Dutch and English and can easily adapt to changing work environments.
  • What are we offering?
