    We are looking for a Sales Manager Benelux for BMS & Controls Systems to join our Team in the Netherlands.

    What you will do

    As Sales Manager Benelux, BMS & Controls, you will be reporting directly to the North & West Regional Sales Leader and will be based in the Netherlands. Managing a growing team, you will be responsible for delivering a sales target within our Indirect and Direct Partner Network across the BMS & Controls portfolio.

    You will be operating both in Indirect Products Distribution through Channel partners, growing our market share with new business customers which include end users, contractors and consultants, and with our Direct system business. As the driver of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to generate new business.

    How you will do it

    ·You will be managing and developing a team of external and internal sales engineers, technical sales support engineers and administration personnel based in both the Netherlands and Belgium.

    ·The focus of this role is to grow and develop our existing business with existing System Integrators whilst identifying and signing new System Integrators, as we strive to be the partner of choice for all BMS (Building Management Systems) solutions through the lifecycle of the investment.

    ·You will install an account management approach within the sales team for their key and target customers.

    ·Assure the use of the company CRM throughout the sales team, and the development of a solid pipeline to meet your ambitious targets.

    ·Reporting to and working closely with the North & West Regional Sales Leader, you will implement the company strategy.

    ·Analyse market opportunities, develop and implement strategies to maximise EASYIO and Metasys market share with new and existing customers.

    ·Actively handle key and target accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, training requirements, identifying pipelines of potential new business and bids within Salesforce CRM system.

    ·In addition to working with the System Integrators, research and identify potential EASYIO / Metasys customers including end users and consultants.

    ·Identify key competitors, their business strategies, products, and services to favorably differentiate EASYIO / Metasys within the marketplace.

    You are focused to seek and develop long term partnership and customer relationships, and self-motivated to drive your territory growth. You're determined and consistent in your approach to work, managing multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning, and time management skills.

    What we look for

    Required :

    ·Proven track record of delivering sales within the Smart & Integrated Building Solutions market.

    ·Bachelor's Degree in electrical, mechanical or electronics engineering.

    ·Minimum of 6 years' experience in BMS Controls.

    ·Ability to design technical solutions, select equipment and advise customers on solutions.

    ·Determined, results driven, strong sales drive.

    ·Languages: Dutch, English

    Preferred :

    ·Previous experience in Channel Sales.

    ·Minimum 3 years of experience working in the Netherlands within BMS & Controls portfolio.

    ·Current network of End-user Clients Consultants and Influencers.

    ·Experience in using SalesForce.
