    Your main task is to support and assist the team in all recruitment-related activities, projects, and tasks.

    Your daily responsibilities include:

    Recruitment Activities:

  • Scheduling interviews for candidates
  • Creating and following up on candidate files
  • Maintaining contacts with institutions such as universities, colleges, and student associations
  • Recruitment Events & Fairs:

  • Acting as a host during events
  • Managing the events calendar
  • Organizing, preparing, and following up on events
  • Warehouse and inventory management of recruitment materials
  • Maintaining (External) Publications:

  • Posting (job vacancies, student assignments) texts on both internal and external websites
  • Maintaining labor market-related presentation templates
  • Monitoring agreements with external parties (student associations, external platforms, other collaborations) and ensuring follow-up.

    This is what you bring to the table

    You recognize yourself in the following profile:

  • You have 2+ years of experience as a supporting staff member, preferably in HR support.
  • You hold a completed Secundary Vocational Education (MBO) or Bachelor's degree in Personnel Affairs / HRM level 4 / Secretarial Studies.
  • Proficient in MS Office; adept at using Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in planning and organizing, with proactive communication on progress with stakeholders.
  • Multilingual: strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
