Scope of this job


The Accountplanner is the first point of contact for flex workers and clients concerning the total operation such as transport, onboarding, planning, housing and car occupation.

You will be working mainly for our client Albert Heijn.


Place in organisation
The Accountplanner reports to the Manager account planning and has a close cooperation with backoffice and recruitment.


Knowledge and skills

  • Bachelor degree
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in a service orientated company (working with people and clients)
  • Good knowledge of English language (spoken and written) and fluent in at least one eastern European language (preferable Polish) and willing to invest in learning Dutch (paid by Sagius)
  • Drivers license
  • Prepared to work outside office hours

Responsibilities

  • Daily updating of housing, cars and sickness
  • Making planning, management rapports about flex workers (sickness, in
- and outflow, which cars are used, are the houses in use etc)

  • Regular contact with sick people, to keep informed about recovery and availability
  • Weekly inhouse visit of client to evaluate and discuss quality, satisfaction, planning and forecasting, guiding flex workers with the basics or guide them to the right person
  • Registration of required use of BPM, company clothing, badges or other, including handing out and turning and responsible for deposit procedure
  • Register housing problems and inform the Housing Coordinator to solve it
  • Make suggestions to reduce costs and to improve business processes (lean thinking) and participate in projects to improve in general
  • Participate in (daily and online) huddles to keep good communication with team members
  • Evaluating flex workers in terms of quality of work, driving, behavior in housing
