Because we are looking for a Senior Engineer/ Engineering Team Leader

What does the ROLE entail?

• Conducting regular site walks for plant & equipment;
• Ordering parts as required;
• Carrying out repairs on electrical, mechanical equipment;
• Monitoring B.M.S reports and recording all faults, conducting follow up works;
• Making security keys and conducting security walks as required;
• Making incident reports for health & safety and security;
• Carrying out PPM tasks as required and logging all findings and replacements;
• Assigning tasks to other maintenance personnel and following up on works carried out;
• Overseeing daily tasks for compliance & legislation;
• Supervising all 3rd party vendors and logging work carried out;
• Cross checking invoices versus works completed;
• And so much more

Your EXPERIENCE:

• At least 1 year of experience as an Engineer or part of a Maintenance team, preferably in the Hospitality industry and ideally in a Leadership / Supervisory role;
• A relevant Diploma related to Engineering – an Electrical / Mechanical Diploma would be ideal;
• Good language and communication skills in English and, preferably, in Dutch as well;
• Legally allowed to work in the Netherlands, holding an EU/EEA passport or a valid work permit for the country (we do not assist with Visa / permit applications).
