The position
The IT Support Coordinator will provide first and second level support to end user workstations for all computer, communication, and server systems within the company.

Global IT Support Manager
Location
Hoofddorp, the Netherlands
Key responsibilities
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Take details of any calls / issues / requests
- Manage the IT Servicedesk system.
- Chase status of calls and report back to users swiftly and efficient
- Ability to maintain all active directory related activities
- Deal with simple IT issues
- Resolve Printer problems
- Communicate with phone providers
- Chasing issues
- Install laptops and troubleshoot if needed
- MS Office 365 Support
- MS Intune
- Support Citrix platform
- Inventory Management
Other duties:
- Out of hours working may be required
- Moderate lifting and carrying may be required
- Demonstrates a professional manner when dealing with others
- Strong customer care focus with ability to communicate effectively with callers
- Ability to explain complex technical issues in a way that nontechnical stakeholders can understand
- Ability to analyse situations and determine innovative but practical solutions to problems
- Logical, structured and organised with the ability to effectively prioritise and make judgements
- Ability to constructively work with others in order to provide the best possible service
