What you will be doing

You will create clear and engaging explanatory videos about our no-code platform and the apps developed with it. You will translate complex functionalities into understandable and visually compelling content.

You will work closely with our Motion Graphic Designer to take the videos to the next level, both in terms of content and visuals. Together, you will create professional, user-friendly, and inspiring videos that really help our users.

Tasks

Responsibilities:

Create clear, step-by-step tutorials videos that explain platform features.
Translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand instructions.
Support the customer success team by documenting new features.
Brainstorm new tutorial ideas based on user behavior, common questions, and product updates.
Update and improve existing tutorials as the platform evolves.
Developing and optimizing training(s) for Pluxbox Platform user(s)

Requirements

Requirements:

You are a bachelor's or master student.
You have strong organisational skills with the demonstrated ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deliver results;
Motivated self-starter taking ownership with ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment and manage multiple priorities;
Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills in English.
Practical knowledge with video-editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut).
Experience working or knowledge with SaaS tools, or technical user-facing products.
An appealing CV and portfolio is a plus
Ability to break down complex technical processes into simple, engaging instructions.
