Wil jij gedurende twee maanden kennismaken met een Rotterdams full service advocaten- en notariskantoor met name op het gebied van Dispute Resolution? Wij bieden volop mogelijkheden om stage te lopen en zijn daarom voortdurend op zoek naar ambitieuze rechtenstudenten.
Wat ga je doen als student-stagiair(e) Dispute Resolution?
Draai volledig mee in de dagelijkse praktijk tijdens een studentstage bij de sectie Dispute Resolution. De sectie Dispute Resolution bestaat uit verschillende teams met als gemeenschappelijke deler het voeren van een procespraktijk. Zo is de sectie Dispute Resolution onder te verdelen in de volgende teams: Corporate Litigation, Bestuurders- en beroepsaansprakelijkheid, Faillissementsrecht, Verzekerings- en aansprakelijkheidsrecht, Bouw & Vastgoed en Huurrecht.
We houden ons onder andere bezig met bestuurdersaansprakelijkheidsclaims, aandeelhoudersgeschillen en enquêteprocedures bij de Ondernemingskamer. Daarnaast worden er verschillende procedures gevoerd bij diverse (gerechtelijke)instanties op het gebied van de beroepsaansprakelijkheid en is er een curatorenpraktijk met twee curatoren. Op het gebied van Verzekerings- en aansprakelijkheidsrecht moet worden gedacht aan zowel dekkingsgeschillen als uiteenlopende aansprakelijkheidskwesties. Tot slot wordt er geprocedeerd in bouw-, vastgoed- en huurzaken bij de overheidsrechter en andere instanties.
Je werkzaamheden kunnen bijvoorbeeld bestaan uit het doen van literatuur- en jurisprudentieonderzoek, het helpen opstellen van processtukken of het helpen opstellen van verschillende soorten overeenkomsten. Hiernaast woon je zittingen, jurisprudentiebesprekingen en cliëntafspraken bij en doe je mee met de informele activiteiten van ons kantoor en van de sectie. Het doel van de stage is dat je een zo goed mogelijk beeld krijgt van Ploum, de advocatuur en de sectie Dispute Resolution en dat je deel uitmaakt van de dagelijkse praktijk.
De stagevergoeding bedraagt bruto €700,00 per maand op basis van 40 uur per week.
