Fulfillment Coordinator

Looking to ensure seamless logistics operations? You've got the knack. As a Fulfilment Coordinator, your role revolves around ensuring smooth sailing, both literally and figuratively. Working closely with managers and fellow Fulfilment Coordinators, you're part of a cohesive team.

With a keen eye on the workplace pulse, you're stationed both in the warehouse and at the terminal, adding variety and excitement to your tasks.

Daily, you oversee staffing on the ground, alternating between coordinating terminal logistics and warehouse operations. Alongside the operational duties, you also handle administrative responsibilities. At our company, each day brings a fresh experience, collaborating with different colleagues and constantly learning. It's the dynamic nature of this role that makes it truly enjoyable


Main responsibilities -

  • You oversee the logistics staff, ensuring their placement is optimized
  • You maintain updated administrative records as necessary
  • You liaise with suppliers to facilitate smooth operations

Requirements -

  • You possess leadership and management skills oriented towards people
  • Your availability spans from Monday to Sunday
  • Adapting to varying schedules poses no issue for you
  • You exhibit strong communication abilities, relishing interaction with others, and are committed to providing exceptional customer service
