    Operations Employee

    As an Operations employee, you and your fellow Employees are responsible for planning and distributing the work in the team. The team, consisting of approximately 45 colleagues, is responsible for processing the redemption and passing requests submitted by the notary and the intermediary.

    The Operations employee will be responsible for:

    • You monitor progress, set priorities and check work for quantity and quality.
    • Naturally, you also contribute to providing the desired performance for our customers.
    • You supervise complex matters or handle them yourself where necessary.
    • You identify complaints and know how to analyse and resolve them. Continuously improving processes and involving your team in this process is an important part of your position.
    • You are flexible, stress-resistant, analytical, results- and customer-oriented.

    You are also involved in:

    • Drawing up daily work distribution/team layout;
    • Drawing up a weekly schedule for Repayments & Passing;
    • Coaching and managing the employees within your team;
    • Create reports, dashboards and analyzes for management;
    • Participate in projects and working groups;
    • The areas of attention assigned to you. This includes telephony (coaching), quality, AO file, complaints, training and risk.

    The Operations employee will ideally have the following skills:

    • HBO working and thinking level;
    • Experience in financial services is an advantage;
    • Affinity with administrative processes;
    • Ability to work well in a team;
    • Being able to provide coaching leadership.
