Job summary
This position is accountable for providing managerial leadership and direction to multiple manufacturing facilities, maximizing capital and human resource utilization in attaining production objectives of acceptable quality in coatings, within established cost parameters as well as customer goals in a rewarding, safe and secure climate for employees and community.Responsibilities
The incumbent is responsible for submitting the operating plans for the sites to the Regional VP Operations for approval and then directing the overall operation in obtaining the objectives of the plant and for Continuous Improvement to meet goals and the BU Strategic Plan.The incumbent will lead the team to accomplishment of- Safety: Meet EHS objectives. Advance Process Safety Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Injury Reduction to Five Zeroes performance.
- Quality: Provide product Quality objectives and specifications; improve processes to reduce Cost of Poor Quality.
- Service: Achieve Service Level objective.
- Cost / Productivity: Improve productivity by unleashing Hidden Factory goal. < li > People : Exhibit Strong Leadership . Build capability , develop your team .< / li >
