    As a ServiceNow Developer (ITAM), you will:
    • Engage with both Business and IT stakeholders to understand their requirements, needs (both stated and unstated/hygiene), and business processes.
    • Collaborate closely with customers to extract beneficial requirements, considering their current needs and roadmap as well as the capabilities and future direction of the ServiceNow platform.
    • Take responsibility for the design and architecture of new ServiceNow application implementations and developments, ensuring they meet business and IT baseline requirements.
    • Oversee the design, architecture, maintenance, and enhancement of existing ServiceNow applications, adhering to agreed standards and customer policies regarding Security and Audit compliance.
    • Provide guidance, thought leadership, and best practices on the ServiceNow platform to customers and internal teams, serving as a mentor and ensuring technical solutions align with the architecture.
    • Guide the implementation methodology and testing methodology, enhancing the delivery of ServiceNow solutions.

    What You Bring to the Table:
    • Over 10 years of experience in IT and ServiceNow development, with a robust background in ServiceNow_ITAM (IT Asset Management).
    • Certification as a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD, with a deep understanding of ServiceNow HR System Architecture, including plugins, HR table structure, and application scoping.
    • Proven ability to configure and implement ServiceNow Core HR applications and Employee Service Center, along with a strong grasp of ITIL Process implementation.
    • Exceptional Java Scripting skills, alongside hands-on experience in custom Application Design & Development on the ServiceNow platform.
    • A track record of successful technical delivery, including workflow creation/modification, data migration into ServiceNow, and development of reports and dashboards.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills, with the ability to manage customer meetings and provide insightful reports.
    • Familiarity with TOGAF or any equivalent certification is preferred, along with knowledge of new ServiceNow modules (HRSD, SecOps, GRC, CSM, ITBM, etc.).

    You Should Possess the Ability to:
    • Navigate complex customer environments and integrate diverse business and IT processes seamlessly.
    • Anticipate and resolve application issues, defining and documenting best practices and strategies for application deployment and infrastructure maintenance.
    • Engage in planning meetings, offering feedback, and analyzing tool stability and performance to provide recommendations.
