    Wat ga je doen?

    De functie Klantenservice Medewerker is afwisselend en uitdagend; je bent namelijk het aanspreekpunt voor klanten van zowel Sissy-Boy als Sacha en Manfield. De klanten kunnen bij jou terecht met allerhande vragen over hun aankoop. Of het nu gaat om een compliment, algemene productinformatie of een klacht, jij deinst nergens voor terug en streeft naar een big smile bij onze klanten

    Op een reguliere werkdag kom je de volgende zaken tegen:

  • Alle vragen die binnenkomen via telefoon, mail, chat en social media beantwoord jij samen met de rest van het klantenservice team.
  • Bij alles wat je doet handel je vanuit ons servicebeleid en stel je de klant centraal.
  • Naast het klantcontact bestaat het werk ook uit administratieve werkzaamheden zoals het verwerken van terugbetalingen, het controleren van openstaande webshoporders, het verwerken van claims van postbedrijven etc.
  • Als je iets tegenkomt waarvan jij denkt dat het efficiënter kan en je hebt een goede oplossing dan kun je dit altijd aangeven bij de Coördinator Klantenservice. Goede ideeën zijn namelijk altijd welkom

    • Wie ben jij?

    Wij zijn op zoek naar een medewerker die zich herkent in de volgende woorden: betrokken, ondernemend, betrouwbaar, duidelijk en informeel. Die 5 begrippen staan aan de basis van onze bedrijfscultuur.
    Daarnaast voldoe jij aan de volgende eisen:

  • Je hebt minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau.
  • Je hebt al enige ervaring opgedaan in een service verlenende functie.
  • Je bent communicatief zeer sterk, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands en daarnaast is Duits en/of Frans een pre.
  • Je vindt het belangrijk om klanten naar tevredenheid te helpen en je biedt altijd een passende oplossing.
