    JOB SUMMARY:

    The Marketing Associate supports the Marketing team in the development of marketing plans and communication materials. This position is responsible for working with the marketing manager in the creation of business-building activities and marketing tools, including brand and product advertising, and development of content with internal and external groups. The Marketing Associate also contributes to consumer and competitive research projects.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the development of marketing plans and brand management to establish pathways for growth in both core and adjacent markets.
  • Assist in the execution of multi-media campaigns, including print, media relations, digital platforms, and social media, to accomplish stated goals and metrics.
  • Assist in multiple projects with competing and conflicting timelines and priorities.
  • Assist in company website content development, SEO and SEM campaign creation and execution, and long-term channel maximization strategies.
  • Support a world-class customer experience for events such as trade shows, facility visits, and program milestone events, ensuring communication content development, application and execution.
  • Prepares reports to track media activity, KPIs and other metrics that measure progress.
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing and other functional groups, agency partners and consultants to support overall business and department objectives.
  • Write and edit internal and external communication elements, such as speaking notes, press releases, employee memos, social media posts, case studies, presentations etc.
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Internship experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency using business software including Microsoft Office suite.
